Please read this if before you bring in something that you'd like to return. This way you don't drive all the way out here just to find out that the item you'd like to return isn't returnable!
Comic and TPBs are NOT RETURNABLE except:
- If a book has printing defects
- We tell you at the time of purchase that you can return the comic or TPB in question
CDs and DVDs can be returned if the disc does not work. Disc scratches are not our responsiblity, however. If a disc is loose in the package, please ask that we check it before you leave. If you do return a disc we have to check it first before a refund can be issued. We customarily hold disc returns for one day.
Action figures must be in the package in the same condition it was purchased in. Opened or broken figures are not retunable.
Returns from gifts are handled on a case by case basis.
Everything else is not returnable. Exceptions can be made at the management's sole descretion, however.
All returns must be done within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Returns without a receipt will be done at the lowest recent price.
